The SPA is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The room was small and cramped.

The atmosphere was inviting, with beautifully maintained grounds and lovely fall decorations. Breakfast featured unlimited coffee, and the food was of good quality. My room had ample charging ports, but it felt a bit small, and some areas could use a refresh. However, the dining experience at the Speakeasy was vibrant, making it worthwhile to visit.

Amazing stay with a free upgrade!
We scored a sweet suite upgrade at check-in! The room was super comfy with a jetted tub—perfect for post-marathon chillin’. Staff were super friendly, and the complimentary coffee tray was a nice touch. The only thing was the restaurant options seemed somewhat limited, but the food was good. Definitely heading back soon!

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The hotel had a charming historical ambiance that added depth to my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise walk along the long driveway, an experience my child cherished. Additionally, amenities like free wi-fi and an outdoor pool made our visit enjoyable.
However, I noticed that the bathroom fixtures could be updated for better accessibility.

The room was cozy and clean, and I appreciated the jetted tub in the bathroom. The decor had a charming vintage feel, which was a nice touch. However, it lacked a fridge, but we managed with a cooler. I noticed there was a full-length mirror and two robes, which was great for getting ready. Overall, it had a comfortable vibe, just a bit small.

The charm of the Mimslyn Inn is hard to beat. The historic decor really gives it a unique vibe. I loved the food at Circa 31 for dinner, but breakfast was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed during the breakfast rush, and items like eggs ran low. My room was clean, but small without much counter space in the bathroom. The bed was comfy, which was a plus. However, the bathroom needed more upkeep. I noticed some dust and cobwebs in the corners. Also, the heater was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep well. I appreciated the proximity to attractions like the Luray Caverns, making it easy to explore the area. Dinner was enjoyable, but adjustments are needed for breakfast and bathroom maintenance.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially the dining experiences we had. We enjoyed dinner at the Speakeasy, which was delicious, and the gardens and outdoor seating areas were lovely. However, the bathroom in our queen room felt really small, and there wasn’t enough space for personal items, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the charming decor and welcoming atmosphere made for a nice visit.
